Armutalan Mayor Muhammet Unlu went to the Klimovsk (about 30 kilometers away to Moskow) to make studies for sister city and to participate in the youth festival in Moscow.
Mayor Unlu attended various meetings at the invitation of the Mayor Yevgeniy Viktoroviç Patruşev and made an evaluation about their visit to Klimovsk.
Armutalan Mayor Muhammet Unlu who went to the Moskow (Capital of Russia) with the invitation of Klimovsk Mayor Yevgeniy Viktoroviç Patruşev, has made works for to be sister city and participated to the youth festival.
Armutalan Mayor Muhammet Unlu provided information about the visits and interviews, "Previously, we have worked mutually with Klimovsk Municipal for to be sister city. Accordingly, Klimovsk Mayor Yevgeniy Viktoroviç Patrushev came to Armutalan. We have done the honors themself during 2 days and have presented our Municipal works. We have taken the first steps to become the sister city in the meetings. Our meetings was very positive. Mayor Patrushev also invited us as soon as possible and wanted the continuation of these studies there. Then we participated to this invitation and went to the Klimovs. We have made efforts with the Mayor and Municipal Workers and participated to Youth Festival.
Klimovsk is an industrial city with a population of 52 000. There are many festivals for children and teens each year. If we sign the sisterg city protocol, several studies in terms of culture and art as mutually will be done. I believe that we will sign this protocol as soon as possible." he said.
