Chairman of Iran Travel Agents Association (AATTAI) Mohamad Hassan Kermani visited Armutalan Mayor Muhammet Unlu in his office. Mayor Muhammet Unlu gave information about the visit, to develope bilateral relations, talked about what to do to bring more tourists from Iran to Marmaris and Armutalan, he said. Mohamad Hassan Kermani Chairman of Iran Travel Agents Association (AATTAI) which is new market for our region visited Armutalan Mayor Muhammet Unlu. During the visit, Turkey Travel Agencies Union (TURSAB) Marmaris Regional Executive Board Chairman Ismail Özbozdağ also found in the meeting.
Mohamad Hassan Kermani who Chairman of the Iranian Association of Travel Agents provided information about his visit, "The purpose of my visit that the bring more tourist to the Turkey that the most beautiful places. Because Armutalan, Marmaris is one of the most beautiful places in Turkey. I believe that the Iranian tourists will love here. If we make enough presentation on-site to bring more tourists, we can achieve our aim. To bring here more tourists, not only tourism professionals, local leaders also need to demonstrate their support on this issue." he said.
Armutalan Mayor Muhammet Unlu also made a statement about visit, “Tourism industry are experiencing serious problems in recent years. Especially in the last two years due to the global economic crisis, the reduction in the number of tourists has caused revenues to fall. Iranian market is a new market for us. If the Iranian tourists will direct here, tourism will diversified.” he said and they will do their utmost support as municipalities in this regard, said.
Armutalan Mayor Unlu gave a coffe cup gift in memory of the visit to Chairman of the Iranian Association of Travel Agents.
