In winter, rain, flooding and damaged roads due to construction of the channel, according to development plan, the newly opened roads and unpaved roads finished to tarring by the Armutalan Municipality. Authorities of Armutalan Municipality Science Works provided information about the study which was completed, tarring was finished that lasted aproximately one month, total of 40.000 square meters of the road 1. and 2. fold has finished and 10,000 square meter of these roads have told us that the newly opened roads.
As is known, as a result of floods caused by too much rain during the winter, roads breaks down. In addition, the roads disrupted due to the construction of the channel. In addition, roads which are not open according to reconstruction plan, was opened by Armutalan Municipality. Currently, tarring of these roads has also finished by Armutalan Municipality. Authorities of Armutalan Municipality Science Works provided information about the study which has completed, “Currently we have finished the tarring in our region to build infrastructure. As is known, roads which are not open during the winter months according to reconstruction plan, was opened and tarring was done by Armutalan Municipality. In addition, roads was damaged because of channel works during the winter months. Currently, the tarring has finished in Camiavlu district. Have made a total of 40 thousand square meters of paving. 10,000 square meter of these roads are the newly opened roads.
